Liat Feinberg, MSW, LICSW

Hi, I’m Liat

I have spent most of my life in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy the beautiful scenery, outdoor activities, and yes, even the rain. I find ways to balance my life, whether it’s baking cupcakes, going to a Sounders game, or gardening.

My approach

I approach my work from an interactive, relationally focused standpoint, finding the most effective way to build a relationship and rapport with you. I want you to be comfortable, develop trust, and become empowered, so that you feel in control of your sessions with me, as well as able to go out and utilize what we have worked on in a real-world setting.

I specialize in children, teens, and adults and work from an evidence-based approach to help you achieve your goals.  I also work with parents of toddlers and children who need support and guidance during their parenting journey.

Areas of expertise

  • Depression, anxiety, and social skills

  • Parenting support

  • Life transitions and attachment issues

  • Abuse and trauma

I bring a broad range of skills and knowledge to support individuals, families, and parents through various life challenges.  My approach is integrative, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to tailor the experience to your unique needs.  I believe in the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can work towards your goals and foster a deeper understanding of yourself.
